Wearnes Jewellers is a Grade II Listed townhouse which underwent extensive internal alterations, and conversion of the disused upper storeys into a two bedroom maisonette. Sensitive historic building repairs which were grant funded through the Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) project have ensured that the building is fully restored with a high quality finish.
Repairs included new purpose made timber joinery, lime render repairs and the replacement of the existing scantle slate roof finish.
