Southwick House
HMS Dryad, Portsmouth, MoD
This project involved the conversion, alteration and repair of a listed country house in three phases: conversion to single living accommodation, repairs and conservation of reception rooms forming wardroom, and repairs and redecoration of external stucco finishes and leadwork to parapets. Complex mechanical and electrical installations, as well as structural repairs and finishes repairs were undertaken whilst the building remained occupied.
The projects were carried out under an MoD Partnering contract.
