Mount Batten Headland Project

pdp Green where appointed by the Plymouth Development Corporation to undertake the redevelopment of the former military facility at Mountbatten headland for car parking and to provide a public use space with toilet facilities and amphitheatre. We acted as project architect, engineer and landscape architect.
The former use of the site had caused considerable pollution into the ground and full decontamination was necessary before construction could commence. The site was developed with works to upgrade and enhance the safe use of the breakwater as a public space.
