Two Zero Carbon Houses

This scheme is for the development of two new zero carbon houses in the garden of an existing large house in Camborne. The houses will incorporate solar and PV panels, high levels of insulation, locally sourced materials, and air source heat pumps for heating and hot water supplies. The developer is aiming for a level 5 or 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. This project has recently received planning permission.
