Light House is the conversion of a hotel built during the 1970's into 14 luxury apartments. The core of the existing building has been retained with new extensions added to provide additional floor area. Extensive internal alterations allow each flat a stunning sea view. Work is currently underway on phase two of the development, with the show flat complete and final completion of the project due in May 2009.
