This development of 17 affordable 2 and 3 bedroom houses was designed by pdpGreen for a local affordable homes developer. The architectural department were responsible for obtaining planning permission for the development, whilst the Civil engineering department undertook the road and drainage design for the scheme. The houses were designed to be built economically and constructed from timber frame to speed construction. The design externally have references from the local Cornish vernacular with slate roofs, close eaves and slate or timber weatherboarding. pdpGreen have also worked on housing schemes for the same developer at St Day, Cury Whitecross, Praze-an-Beeble and Widecombe-in-the-moor.
