This design provides a total of 41 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the combined site of a large house and its garden, and a hotel car park on a site with a tall retaining wall at the rear between two roads at the entrance to St Ives
The scheme is designed to provide two basement levels of car parking (one level for the Hotel), with up to six stories of living accommodation above. The ground and first floor apartments are designed as duplex units to maximise the views eastward over St Ives Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse.
