Codda Farm
Bodmin Moor, Cornwall

Codda is an important historic moorland site with evidence of occupation stretching back to the 11th century. The existing buildings are listed grade II*, and the site contains much evidence of archaeological remains. The project includes conversion of a mid C19 two storey barn to form a small annexe to the farmhouse and holiday let, and extensive re-roofing and repairs. At present pdp Green Consulting are carrying out design work up to and including the submission of Planning and Listed Building Consent applications, and co-ordination of the procurement of the other reports and studies to support the applications.
